Chandler & Holden: Nashville Children's Photographer

Jennifer and Derek brought their kiddos in this afternoon for some updated photos. They have not been at the studio in almost 2 years, so it was time for some new pictures!  Chandler has always been an absolute HAM and did not disappoint today. He said he would paint a picture of me for $25. Ha ha ha. All Holden wanted to do at first was dance, then he wanted nothing to do with me at all. I'd say it was a successful shoot.   ;)

Ruby Jane, 11 days: Nashville Newborn Photographer

wMatt and Jennifer came in for their maternity session back in September, and I was very excited to meet their sweet baby girl this morning. If you remember how tiny Jennifer was at their last session (here), you'd never think Ruby Jane would have been 7 1/2 pounds! She was pure perfection during her shoot and we got a ton of poses out of her. Isn't she beautiful?

Congratulations again Matt and Jennifer! I am so excited to watch Ruby Jane grow.

Krista & Clint: Nashville Engagement Photographer

My good friend Krista is finally getting married!! She and Clint are ridiculously adorable and hilarious together and I am so excited for them. Krista shot my fabulous wedding photos and I am honored to be returning the favor for her in April.

Krista and Clint will have their real engagement session in a couple of months, but we had a mini shoot at one of our favorite Nashville wedding venues Cedarwood (thank you, thank you!!). We got up super early on a Sunday morning to do shots for my Christmas cards (that's coming later) and we took about 10 minutes to do some of these two lovebirds.

Here's a few of my favorites...

They can't ALWAYS be lovey-dovey...

Ashlyn, 5 days:Nashville Newborn Photographer

This next post is going to make your uterus ache...just a warning.

Ashlyn is 5 days old and born to be a newborn model. Once we got her fed and super sleepy, she was putty in my hands! We got through so many poses that it was really difficult for me to pick which ones to post. We even captured the sweetest little smile and I know her parents are just going to melt when they see these.

Enjoy!!

Sadie, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Sadie was back today for her 6 month session and did awesome! She pretty much hates changing clothes, but was such a trooper and got through so many outfits today. Some of them might be Christmas gifts, so they are being kept  secret. However, here are some of my favorites. LOVE that first shot!

Ella, 6 months: Nashville Baby Photographer

Last time I saw Ella, she was so sleepy and ended up passing out mid-way through her shoot. She more than made up for that this time! She was in a terrific mood this morning and was giving me the best expressions. When we put that Santa hat on her, she started rolling around and posing--it was hilarious!

Hope you love them Emily and Brian.  :)

Diane & Jon: Murfreesboro Wedding Photographer

Some couples are goofy, some are romantic, some are dorky, and I love photographing whatever makes a couple "them" on their wedding day. Jon and Dianne win the award for sexiest bride and groom this year. They are completely in love with each other and they just ooze sensuality. No, really.

They chose to have an intimate wedding with no bridal party. This meant lots of time for images of just the two of them. They had an entourage of people watching as we walked through the square in Murfreesboro, but they would just look at each other and you'd think they'd never know anyone was watching (or photographing) them.

I LOVED working with you Diane and Jon. Congratulations!!

This was when they saw each other for the first time...completely unposed.  ♥

Sophie: Nashville Chid Photographer

I met Sophie this morning for her very first shoot and we had so much fun playing together! She just turned 2 years old and her birthday party was today also. She has the biggest, sweetest smile and is a such girly girl. I loved watching her cover up her "little lamb" and snuggle with him. She reminded me of my little girl a bit.

Here are a few favorites!
